Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
